We are pleased to offer teleconference training on CareRadius, the Medical Management system for Health Net Federal Services, LLC (HNFS). The two hour training session will focus on general system navigation to include beneficiary search, review of authorizations and referrals, documentation and letters. The last 15 minutes are reserved for an open Q& A period.
Training is designed for new users, those who routinely use the system and who are subject matter experts in their departments. Training Materials will be provided for all attendees.
Participants have the option to attend one of two sessions offered. Each session covers the same materials, so please only sign up for one session.
